This is an outdoor event where vendors will be set up in the grass area of Carleton Junction Park. Vendors are expected to provide their own tents & tables, and will be required to provide vendor insurance of $2M. Terms of Vendor Participation(Required) I agree to the terms of vendor participationIf electricity is required, vendors shall provide their own cords (100ft recommended) as well as their own tables unless arrangements are made with event organizers. Vendors are responsible for staffing and providing a presence at their booth from 10:00am – 3:00pm inclusive. All vehicles must be removed from the grounds before 9:00am and set up must be completed by 9:45am. Booth displays and products must be attractive and appropriate for a family oriented event.
