Getting Started & Account Management
You can create an account by visiting the sign up page. Create a username and email which will then ask for verification, then prompt password creation. You can also use the quicker “Sign in with Google” or “Sign in with Microsoft” options.
Creating an account saves time during transactions and grants access to additional services, and unlocks resident rates for certain services. An account also allows you to access previously purchased documents such as licence copies.
If you’ve forgotten you password, you can reset it from the login page by clicking “Lost your password?”.
To update your account information, navigate to the “Account” dropdown in the dashboard sidebar. From there click on “Account details”. You can update account information from this page.
Residents that live within the tax boundary are subject to reduced rates on certain services. To unlock these rates, go to Account > Address in the sidebar navigation. You must enter a Carleton Place address which matches the Town’s records. This will notify the system you are eligible for resident rates and apply them on certain services.
