Vendors are responsible for staffing and providing a presence at their booth from 12:30pm โ 9:00pm inclusive. Vendors are encouraged to remain on the grounds, and open for business, until 10:00pm. All vehicles must be removed from the grounds before 11:30am and set up must be completed by 12:30pm. Should you intend to depart prior to 8:00pm, you must make arrangements with the event staff ahead of time. Booth displays and products must be attractive and appropriate for a family oriented event. No vulgar or suggestive products will be permitted.Agreement(Required) I acknowledgeBy signing- I understand that submitting an application does not mean I am a confirmed vendor. All confirmed vendors will be contacted by Town of Carleton Place staff upon receiving the application and confirming booth availability.
