The Bare Root Tree Program is designed to encourage residents to enhance Carleton Place's green spaces and contribute to a healthier environment. Through this program, eligible residents can purchase bare root trees at a reduced cost. Bare root trees are young trees that are dormant and sold without soil around their roots, making them an economical and environmentally friendly planting option. All order will be reviewed to ensure eligible residency. Upon approval, pickup vouchers will be delivered via email. Trees can be picked up from the Carleton Place Nursery 7164 County Rd 29. Trees must be picked up by May 24th. Failure to pick up by this deadline will result in your tree being considered a donation and will be planted within the community.
