Pumpkinfest Vendor Registration

If electricity is required, vendors shall provide their own cords (100ft recommended) as well as their own tables unless arrangements are made with event organizers. Vendors are responsible for staffing and providing a presence at their booth from 10:00am - 3:00pm inclusive. All vehicles must be removed from the grounds before 9:00am and set up must be completed by 9:45am. Booth displays and products must be attractive and appropriate for a family oriented event. No vulgar or suggestive products will be permitted.

By signing- I understand that submitting an application does not mean I am a confirmed vendor. All confirmed vendors will be contacted by Town of Carleton Place staff upon receiving the application and confirming booth availability. I understand that cancellations must be received more than 30 days before the event. Cancellations less than 30 days before the event will result in a loss of refund.
